HORMONALL - TOGETHER FOR WOMEN'S WELLBEING

Vichy Laboratoires has always been dedicated to supporting women through the various stages of their lives, harnessing deep medical expertise to understand the intricate relationship between hormonal changes and skin and scalp health.

Vichy Laboratoires also explored the broader aspects of mental and physical wellbeing. The findings revealed a startling truth: 2 out of 3 women struggle in silence when facing hormonal changes, feeling misunderstood, unsupported or uninformed*.

Recognizing the critical need to free the talk and for education, Vichy Laboratoires partnered with the UK charity Wellbeing of Women to create “Hormonall: Together for Women’s Wellbeing”, a comprehensive solution to raise awareness and help every woman thrive at every stage of life—puberty, the menstrual cycle, postpartum, and menopause—by providing trustworthy sources of information to girls, women and everyone else.

The program educates people about key moments in a woman’s life through four comprehensive training modules. It offers a wealth of health information, explaining the science behind hormonal changes, discussing their impacts, providing tips to improve wellbeing, and encouraging confident conversations about hormonal experiences.

Wellbeing of Women is a UK charity founded in 1964 that saves and changes the lives of women, girls, and babies through research, education, and advocacy. Focusing on reproductive and gynecological health, from period problems and starting a family, to menopause, Wellbeing of Women tackles taboos and strives for a better future for every woman, girl and baby.

Healthcare specialists, gynecologists, and researchers from the charity Wellbeing of Women provided scientific expertise to build the four expert-led training modules, so that everyone can feel well-informed about hormonal wellbeing while changing the way that society sees hormonal changes.

Vichy Laboratoires will also invest in a Wellbeing of Women Postdoctoral Research Fellowship for research focused on hormonal health and wellbeing during puberty, the menstrual cycle, postpartum and menopause.
